  • %100 Investment: Our firm acquires a plot of land, carries out the design and engineering work, finances and executes the construction of the building, which is sold or rented to end-users.

 

  • Revenue Sharing: Our firm agrees with a land owner on developing a building project, where our firm designs, finances and executes the construction and the land owner provides the land. The two parties share the sale revenues of the building according to a pre-agreed rate.

 

  • Unit Sharing: This type of service is similar to revenue sharing except that the two parties do not share the sale revenue but the units of the building according to a pre-agreed scheme.
